What your day looks like:

  • Prospecting: you will work with our SDR to define and refine pipeline creation efforts. Channel partners are an important part of our pipeline efforts, so you will be able to collaborate with them to access new opportunities.  
  • Sales Lifecycle Management: oversee the complete sales lifecycle, including pitching, negotiation, contracting and onboarding. 
  • Sales and Negotiations: as a BDM, you will be managing the end-to-end sales. This involves lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals. You will conduct sales presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure new business opportunities. 
  • Manage Information: using a variety of sources like HubSpot, Lusha, and LinkedIn. You will keep refining and building qualified pipeline of sales opportunities. 
  • Training and development:  We are committed to your success! Working in a small and dynamic team you will learn and discover new things every day (sales technics, growing business, and of course the amazing world of AI). Within this growing business you will have the chance to develop your skill and art. 

What will make you stand out:

  • A genuine self-starter with ‘get it done’ attitude and being excited about AI and startups. 
  • Having completed some fundamental sale methodology training that enabled your proven track record of sales achievement (challenger sales, Spin or Solution selling). 
  • To be successful you have a great sales acumen and showing creativity and resourcefulness. 
  • Having worked with HubSpot, Lusha, LinkedIn, and the capability to create and manage sequences.
  • Ideally an experience in Cloud HR, Payroll, expense management in Australia/NZ. 
  • 3 – 4 years’ prior industry related business development experience
     

Very flexible working arrangement:

  • Full time, ideally in Adelaide but open to other metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane).

Your package

  • Base salary: $80,000 – $100,000 based on your experience. 
  • Sales commission.
